Recipe for my Desi chicken burgers :
Combine 1 pound ground chicken with 1 tsp each ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin seeds, garam masala powder & coriander powder. Add in 1/2 tsp each of chili powder and black pepper. Toss in 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion and 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro. Mix well.
Heat a skillet or griddle on high, brush with oil. Take about a 1/3 cup of mince to make one patty (or as preferred), sear on high for a minute, flip over, lower heat, cook until done, about 5-7 mins. Squeeze some lemon juice over the burgers.
Spread mayo on bun, add dollops of tamarind and mint chutney too. Assemble with lettuce, tomato and the burger, and eat right away! Enjoy 😊
